Bruce Highway, Federal - Commencing: 24 April, at 3:48pm planned roadworks are taking place Southbound - Right Turn Lane closure - Bruce Highway southbound at right turn into Gardners Road at Federal. .
Partial lane closures. Unknown traffic impact. Changed traffic conditions. Expected completion is 31 December, at 12:00am.
From Tuesday 23 April 2013, weather permitting, works will be undertaken to close the right-turn in to Gardners Road from the Bruce Highway.
Motorists will still be able to turn left into Gardners Road from the highway, and right out of Gardners Road onto the highway. Only the right-turn movements into Gardners Road from the highway will be banned.
This temporary restriction is for the intersection improvement works on the Bruce Highway at Gardners and Pomona Connection roads. This change to the way Gardners Road is accessed by motorists travelling southbound on the highway will remain in place until the eastern end of Gardners Road is realigned and a new intersection is constructed in late 2013.
Temporarily prohibiting right-turn movements into Gardners Road from the highway is necessary to maintain safe access to Gardners Road and minimise disruptions to motorists travelling on the highway.
Road signage will be in place along the highway to advise motorists of the changed conditions.

Partial lane closures. Short delays expected. Traffic control on scene. Expected completion is 15 June, at 12:00am.
Rehabilitation works will be undertaken on Gheerulla Creek Bridge on Eumundi-Kenilworth Road from 6 May 2013 until early June 2013, weather permitting.
The bridge rehabilitation works will take place between the Pioneer Park rest area and Gheerulla Road.
Works will be carried out from 6am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Traffic flow on the bridge will be reduced to a single lane, with some short-term full closures required for up to 10 minutes. Motorists may experience minor traffic disruptions and delays.
Reduced speed limits and signage will be in place at the roadworks area, and Variable Message Signs (VMS) advising motorists of the works will be located on Eumundi-Kenilworth Road near the Obi Obi Road intersection and near the Bruce Highway interchange at Memorial Drive
