Widebay / Burnett - Bundaberg/Gympie

Welcome to the traffic and travel information web page for the Widebay / Burnett Region.

The region covers the Bundaberg, Gympie, North Burnett, Fraser Coast and South Burnett regional councils and Cherbourg Aboriginal shire council. The region is serviced by the Main Roads Bundaberg and Gympie offices.

The region stretches from Nanango in the south to Monto in the north and west from Eidsvold to the coastal cities of Bundaberg and Gympie in the east.

The 131940 Traffic and Travel Information website is undergoing redevelopment. The redevelopment will be undertaken in a phased approach, with phase one now complete.

The Widebay region currently supplies web camera images to the 131940 Traffic and Travel Information website which can be viewed by the travelling public. Future phases of the website redevelopment will see more information become available from the Widebay region and across the state.
